SCHOLARSHIPS
Percival P. Baxter Foundation is pleased to be offering the Bryan MacFarlane and Billy Brackett Memorial Scholarships for Deaf/deaf or hard of hearing Maine students pursuing continuing education in 2024. Continuing education includes various types of post-secondary institutions such as universities, community colleges, and technology centers.
Two $1,000 endowed scholarships have been created to honor both Bryan MacFarlane and Billy Brackett whose lives tragically ended on October 25, 2023, as a result of the Lewiston mass shooting.
All applicants must be deaf or hard of hearing from Maine and graduating from high school before June 25, 2024. Current college students will also be considered.
All applications and required information must be postmarked by April 15, 2024.
